Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

I feel that most probably you may be having lichen planus. It is a benign condition having unknown cause. However, it may be exacerbated by stress. Consult the Dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis and to get the proper treatment. Antihistaminic, oral steroids, steroid cream, tacrolimus ointment. Avoid stress and have patience to get relief.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel, Dermatologist
