What Do Small Bumps On Labia Minora Oozing White Stuff Suggest?

I have small bumps on my labia minora theyre kind of like little pimples and if you pop them a white substance comes out. i dont think its a good idea to that though coz i dont know if its harmfull. Ive had them for most of my life but i dont know what they are .but if someone knows wat they are for real that would be very helpful im very clean on myself though

This could be simple boils, no need to squeeze this because this may cause swelling, and spreading of infection too, just take care for good hygiene, apply "Povidone Iodine ointment" this would be okay soon, take care.
