What Do Small Bumps On The Arms And Legs Indicate?

Dermatological in nature. Small round bumps appear on arms and legs during the day. They come and go. It almost looks like poison ivy but, because of the fleeting nature of the bumps and my non-contact with poison ivy I think we can rule PI out. Began roughly 3 months ago after a scrape on a pallet in a paper company. Doctor treated original would with antibiotics and topical steroid. Original wound healed but bouts of these small itchy bumps recur.

Hi,

It sounds like a local allergic reaction. You should undergo a patch test to see which substance you are allergic to. Steroids cream work well in such conditions.
