What Do Small Bumps On The Back Indicate?

I am 52 and on several medicines, most prescription some OTC and vitamins. I also am undoubtedly a heavy drinker (craft beer). Recently I broke out on my back in small bumps that were probably a reaction to a new bra that hadn t been washed. I scratched and broke one open. It s a tiny (size of pencil lead) hole but it has been bleeding heavily and doesn t stop once it starts fora long time (bled through sev. large guaze bandages all night). I have been taken naproxen, HCTZ, amlodipine, duloxetine 30mg, centrum silver, calcium carbonate and vit d combo, sublingquil multi vit b. in the morning. And at night was prscribed trazodone and take allegra. I seeI that the trazoddone and cymbalta should not be combined, so I will stop the trazadone and switchback to benadryl to help with sleep.
