What Do Small Bumps On The Lower Abdomen Indicate?

I have a cluster of small pinhead sized bumps on my lower stomach and upper pubic region. They do not hurt or burn or itch in any way. They appeared over night and have been there for about a week. I m wondering if it could be an std and if I need to worry about it . Thank you for any help

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The narrated bumps can be dermatitis or else. I would like to evaluate the same with a photo picture, if no objection in the follow up session.

Thanks.

Regards.
