What Do Small Bumps On The Penis Indicate?

I was sitting on a beach area during the evening. The next morning, I had three bumps on my penis, that I ve had for one week now. I didn t feel myself get bitten by anything. Have been tested for STD, and am negative. I ve tried fresh aloe very gel and Cortisone-10 with no real improvement. I might add that I also developed a swollen gland in my groin, also the bumps have not gotten any worse. A friend said that it could have been sand fleas.

itcan be saline wind in beach causing contact dermatitis. clean it with fresh water and apply caladryl lotion. take tab levocetrizine 5mg in morning for 5days.
