Good evening I have a question I have an uncle he is in his seventies also is diabetic he had a boil on his penis and went to the doctor and the doctor burst it ,now several months later it has not heal and it has small bumps and it s hurts him I have not seen it but my mom told me about it and he was told to have surgery to cut the skin off

there is no need for surgery as the patient is already diabetic. the small lump is most probably granuloma which persisted after healing of active infection. you need to have conservative treatment for this and no surgery
