What Do Small Bumps On The Stomach And Thighs Indicate?

i have little small bumps under my skin that you have to rub over to feel. They are in the sides of my stomach, thighs, armpits. The ones in my stomach hurt when i do anything. Its a dull, achy pain thats constant. I have a hx of fibroid cyst in my breast.
