What Do Small Bumps On The Upper Arms And Neck Indicate?

I have soft small round bumps underneath the skin on many skin areas including the forehead, around my eyes, upper arms and neck. Some are scaly and some are not. They are not painful and not noticeable to anyone. Wondered if it could be something I am eating. One on my forehead is very scaly.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Your symptoms seem to be related to Keratosis pilaris.
These tiny bumps or pimples are actually dead skin cells plugging hair follicles. It can be related to gluten consumption.
I suggest you to:
-use antihistamine daily to relief the itching
- Daily exfoliation can help
-warm baths can help

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
