What Do Small Itchy Bumps On The Head Of The Penis Indicate?

hello, i have multiple very small bumps on the head of my penis. If i am erect and push blood into the head of my penis there is very clear bumps on the head, i just checked in the shower and i also have some under the crater of the head that have just appeared. They are small, painless and sometimes i feel itching to the head of my penis. i experience drying and flaky skin off of the head of penis at times etc.

Hello,

Genital herpes can cause small red bumps or white blisters on the penile area. I suggest to consult your doctor for a physical examination. Meanwhile, I suggest using Acyclovir cream for local application. I also suggest using Cetirizine 10 mg to relieve the itching.
