Hello Doctor, I am 34, Male. I have number of small lumps spread inside my mouth on lower side - labial mucosa. These are under the skin, pea-sized and can be felt with fingers and do not pain. Would biopsy be the first stop to diagnose these? and I assume this could be done using Local anaesthesia?
