What Do Small Lumps On The Hands Indicate?

I have several small knots under my skin on the backside of my hands, I have just notices this. the largest one is about the size of a bb. It is on the right hand and mid ways up. I can roll it with my finger all the way down to my wrist. There are some on both sides, and you can rub across and feel alot of smaller ones too,

as per your explanation of lumps they look like lipomas
lipoma are collection of capsulated fat cells that form a lump
generally multiple in Number and hand is a common site for it, they are benign( non cancerous ) and unless it is disturbing you are any cosmetic problems you don’t need to do anything
if you want to get it removed you can contact a general surgeon and it can be done under local anaesthetic
