What Do Small Red Bumps With Pus On The Shoulder And Neck Indicate?

I have small little red bumps with pus I seen a couple a week ago so I busted them washed and then couple days later I get more they are starting to spread to my shoulder and neck what has caused this and what can I do to get rid of these pumps they do not itch or burn

Your skin bumps are not painful or itchy, you should visit a local skin doctor or general practitioner to get the diagnosis done. He will be able to make the diagnosis by viewing the lesions.
