What Do Small Shadows On A CT Scan Report Indicate?

I was prescribed meclizine due to a sudden onset of dizziness which was probably inner ear infection. A CT brain scan showed two small shadows which the dr seemed and said he really wasn t concerned with as I have no symptoms of stroke or anything else. He said he was seeing those quite often. What are the shadows?

Most probably it will be an age related change and does not indicates any disease condition.

Consult a neurologist for expert opinion.
