What Do Small Spots On The Hands While Recovering From Depression Suggest?
Hello, I have noticed 2 small spots on my left hand. I am pretty sure i didn t have them 1-2 days ago. I am very worried what it could be. Recently I was very depressed. My diet didn t changed a lot. Also this the second day I drink water with vinegar on empty stomach in the morning.
I went through your details. You noticed two small spots on your left hand. I understand. But you should provide the details about the spot. How do those spots look? What is the texture, elevated or dented, having liquid within, clear, itchy, burning, stinging etc. Doctors here will be able to provide you with correct treatment when you provide more information including an image of the affected area (if possible). Vinegar is said to be anti-glycemic and has a beneficial effect on blood. Water is always considered healthy if drank in the morning empty stomach. You may consult a dietitian for further clarification.
