What Do Sore Breasts And Abdominal Pain While On Nexplanon Indicate?

I have been on nexaplanon for almost 3 years. I think I might be pregnant. My breasted are very sore and I always catch myswld touching my stomachs like there s a baby one there I was wondering if twords the end of the 3 years there was a higher chance of getting pregnant. Also I m a week late on my period

It is due to hormonal actions.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like mefenamic acid for pain relief.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
