physical examination
quantity : 2 ml.
color : Opaleescent grayish white
viscocity : Viscous
liquification: within 15 min.

chamical examination
reaction : alkaline
fructose : present

microscopic examination :
total sperm count: 130 million/ml.
motility-immediate: 10% actively motile
40% sluggishly motile
50% non motile
after 2 hrs:

abnormal forms : 30 % head
15% body
15% tail
immature forms : 15%
push cells : 1-2/hpf
red cells : absent
epithelial cells : 0-1/hpf
autoagglutination : absent

Thanks for writing to us

Your semen analysis report suggests mildly decreased sperm motility.

You need proper clinical examination and few more investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,hormone assay,ultrasound of scrotum.Further investigations can be done if needed.

Besides this you should do exercise and take nutritious food.
You should avoid tight underpants.
Avoid cigarettes and alcohol if you take these things.

Other factors like sperm count and morphology are within normal limit.
Your condition is manageable.If infertility persists then you may need assisted fertilization techniques like IUI.
