Hello,

I can understand your concern for spots on tongue and penis. After analyzing your query it appears that you have got Fordyce spots over these areas. Most commonly the spots on the undersurface of penis and over the lip area are Fordyce spots. These are proliferation of the normal oil glands which are present over this area. These are totally asymptomatic (without any problem) and are most commonly confused with genital warts or any other sexually transmitted infection .

There is no need of any treatment in this condition as it is totally normal condition. If at all some person are panicky then we do remove these with radiofrequency ablation.. You can discuss further with a dermatologist.
Take care.
