What Do Stiffness And Weakness In The Neck Muscles Indicate?
I have the following symptoms..... back muscle weakness which now affects my neck muscles. Neck muscles stiff....makes my head feel like it weighs a lot. Also have noticed slight difference in swallowing pills and have to be careful I take small bites of food so I don t choke. I take Aleve and Tylenol for muscle uncomfortableness.

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Rest
-Cold therapy/ice packs help relieve most types of neck stiffness
-continue using aleve
-Stretching, as soon as tolerated, helps
