What Do Stinging Sensations, Black Spots, Weight Gain, And Swollen Lymph Glands Indicate?

Over a yr ago I was experiencing a stinging sensation on my upper arms and shoulders and back I developed words that would not go away unless I picked a small black spot out of it that was hard to do lick it was a tick then it would go away rather quickly. The s.All black dot I seen borrowing down into my mattress. I had plenty of reasons to believe it was bird mites. Since then I ve had a total of 35 different weird symptoms some of being intestinal parasites , also in .y throat coughing out works all different in appearance 5 different times. Sudden weight gain that I can not lose. Swollen tender lymph glands for over a month coughed out black slim and blew this out my nose.I had thick gluey spit and feeling of eggs in my tnroat. I spit in a tissue to have analized, and a week later pulled the plastic bag with the tissue in it out to be shocked at what looked like black mold of bugs. I ve gone to dr.s hospital and am threaded like I m just even though I bring specimens picture with me that they aren t interested in looking at. I have an appointment with infectious disease a month from now but am concerned it is getting worse with pain in .y thigh muscles. Again other weird things that happened as I have pictures of. I would like to be able to forward to you. Any idea if this is one thing that progressed into weirder or if it sounds like some other contacted infections not related.
