mi stomache seems bloated and sometimes i feel like im having cramps but im not sure if they are cramps or just a stomache ache

Abdominal cramps are episodic abdominal pain coming on and off, with a strong pain sensation due to intestinal contractions. Most often such are seen with an underlying disease like Gastroenteritis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, etc.
