What Do Stomach Pain And Headache In A Child Suggest?

My 9 year old son has been complaining of stomach pain and a bad headache for 2 days now. Tylanol and Motrin have both not worked. I thought maybe he was dehydrated but after 2 days and drinking lots of water and gaterade nothing has helped? Could it be something else?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if she is not dehydrated then no need to give more water such pain could be due to colic and this can be managed with "Dicyclomine" either syrup or tablet it may be due to some dyspepsia, and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
