What Do Sudden Headache, Breathlessness And Numb Toes Suggest?

I have long qt syndrome but have been having bad headaches, feeling very hot and like I cant breath my toes are numb the attack only last a couple minutes and fresh air is the only thing that helps I was admitted to the hospital for a week and they ruled out my heart and let me go home any ideas what could be wrong

Thank you for your question on HCM!
Regarding your concern I think that it may be just a panic attack and you should not worry about it .
I would recommend a 24hour ECG monitoring for your cardiac problem to analyse its severity, because it can cause bradycardia or a presyncope situation leading to similar symptoms.
If the long qt syndrome is a low risk form and not related to this episodes I would recommend just alprazolam during these episodes. Psychotherapy may be helpful.
If the episodes are related to the long qt syndrome and it is a severe form , you should consult with your cardiologist and have a proper treatment.
