What Do Swelling An Numbness In The Face And Neck Indicate?

I missed a shot in. The right side of my neck it doesn t hurt much it is swollen and you can feEl the shot my face is a lititle numb and my shoulder and right arm as well and my neck feels a little stiff how do I get this to go away should I be concerned what do I look for

Hope you do not have any dental problems, sometimes infections, dental caries and cavities can cause inflammation & numbness in the face. However, facial nerve damage (Bell's palsy) can have symptoms like you have stated. Tingling, numbness in the shoulder, neck and face can be due to multiple sclerosis or irritation of nerve, pinched nerve.
You need to visit ER, get physically examined, have CBC done, MRI, CT, Electromyography test done. Your treatment will depend upon the reports obtained.
