Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Hope you do not have any dental problems, sometimes infections,
dental caries and cavities can cause inflammation & numbness in the face. However,
facial nerve damage (Bell's palsy) can have symptoms like you have stated.
Tingling, numbness in the shoulder, neck and face can be due to multiple
sclerosis or irritation of nerve, pinched nerve.
You need to visit ER, get physically examined, have CBC done, MRI, CT,
Electromyography test done. Your treatment will depend upon the reports obtained.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K.
