What Do Swelling And A Lump In The Neck Indicate?

I have a swollen neck, lump and having problems swallowing MY primary set up an appt. with ENT. I also have graves disease which was treated by radiation and I also have MS and celiac disease. Do you think this is my thyroid possible nodule or an ENT problem?

Hello,

There is a chance of thyroid nodule which compressed the nearby structure and leads to dysphagia. There can be a cyst which less likely.
