What Do Swelling And Inflammation In The Left Arm Indicate?
I have an area on my the inside of my left arm at the elbow that is red and swollen. It is sore and hot to the touch. It started two days ago and was only a couple inches wide. Now it is as long and wide as my hand. It is painful, though not extremely. What could this be? And can I wait until tomorrow to see my PCP or should I go to the ER tonight?

No, you can wait for tomorrow because of its, not life-threatening. Kindly get an x-ray of that part done to see what is pathological.
Maybe, it is just arthritis and needs anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen for treatment. or any painkiller to subside the pain.
