What Do Swelling In The Abdomen And Black Stool Indicate?

my boyfriend has been not feeling well for at least 6 monthes. now his stomache in very swollen, as is legs n feet, and now testacles. clay like stool red and black blood. appetite is good, mood terrible. sometimes cloudy urine. muscle loss, but weight gain, tires easy, and fear of being away from bathroom.
