What Do Swollen Bruises Spreading Towards Pubic Area Indicate?

I have had bruises on both of my hips for awhile but havent thought anything of it, but right now they serm swollen and are kind of spreading towards my pubic area.. i have had these dark brown bruises for maybe a year so im wondering if you could help

Hello,

The bruises can be related to many medical conditions. These bruises result from microscopic tears in blood vessels under the skin. Unexplained bruises that occur easily or for no apparent reason may indicate a bleeding disorder. So, I recommend to do a complete blood count and platelets level for further evaluation.
