What Do Swollen Eyes And Frequent Urination After A Head Injury Indicate?

My nephew was attacked in Hawaii and his brain was pushed to the front of his head. He was put in an induced coma was getting better now eyes are swollen a nd look like bubbles coming out even though his eyes are closed doctor is stating he is urinating too much which may be a sign that his brain is dead in that area. All other organs are working is this a sign that he is brain dead

So far as symptoms narrated here, he is not in a sound clinical condition. There is severe dysfunction of underlying brain structures and eye hematoma may be part of eye related or internal brain damage.
