What Do Swollen Lumps Around The Head And Neck Indicate?

Hi, I was feeling around my head and neck yesterday and suddenly realised that that I had several swollen lumps that appeared together, one on the back of my neck, another on my back. I also felt that the bone behind my left ear seems enlarged. I m not sure if I should see a GP or not as I m unsure of how serious it is.

Hi,

Seems multiple lymph node enlargements likely. In many instances, it is non-specific accidental finding and in some cases, it can be secondary to the underlying pathology.

I recommend consulting your doc for primary examination and if necessary an FNAC report of one of the lesion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
