What Do Swollen Lymph Nodes Along With Fever Indicate?

Swollen groin lymph nodes over 5 weeks. 2 days ago 1 got much larger and painful. Today have fever, sweats and sore throat. Little concerned because of how bad - ill I m feeling. Can I wait until Monday to see my DR or should I seek help sooner? Thank you.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to underlying pathology like infection. A blood and urine routine examination as well as CRP test should be done. A physical examination by physician as soon as possible is well appreciated. In case of infection appropriate antibiotic should be started immediately.
