What Do Swollen Lymph Nodes Around The Ears And Neck Indicate?

I have had kidney failure and dialysis in the past and now am having lymph nodes in my ears and neck are swollen. Also feel like fluid rushing down my breasts. Now my kidneys are hurting again after 2 years of no pain. I have been fighting an infection for about a year now. And I also have sestemic lupus. I feel dizzy one minute and then fine the next .
