What Do Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Armpits Indicate?

My lymph nodes became swollen in my arm pits, my neck and groin pretty fast and I felt lumps in my breast. I have fibromyalgia, hypothyroidism and other things going on. I had a whooping, tetanus and diphtheria shot in September and this happens in October. I m so worried, I have a mammogram next week. Should I be scared

And we need a detailed clinical evaluation, examination and needs investigations of blood, stool and urine.
Also needed is Ultrasound of the lymph nodes and FNAC that is fine needle aspiration cytology or an actual excision biopsy to know the exact diagnosis and have proper management.
