What Do Swollen Lymph Nodes Under The Ears Indicate?

I have had a bad swollen lymph node under my ear for hours about 2-3 years ago. Heavy weed smoker for ten years. But as of recent (2 weeks)I ve quit all drugs, and alcohol. I ve been eating a healthy diet, lifting weights properly with dynamic and static stretches. Have not been stressed at all, and even meditating. Today randomly while eating lunch, it got swollen again. I massaged it, applied a wArm wash cloth, drank apple cider vinegar diluted with water, took an Advil, and a 1 hour nap and it went down. Why is this happening? Is my body detoxing ?

I suggest you to do a complete blood count to confirm the diagnosis .
Meanwhile you can continue taking anti-inflammatory medication such as Advil three times a day.
