What Do Symptoms Such As Headaches, Dizziness, Sleeplessness And Double Vision Indicate?

i have following symptoms. I cam to saudi arebia on 23aug,10 from india.then i felt below symptoms. Initial Symptoms : (1st sept-5th sept) 1.     Lack of sleep, non continuous sleep, unpleasant sleep. 2.     Severe pain in left head-lasted 3-4days.(took combiflam ). ( 5th-10th September) I didn’t felt vomiting,nausea,dizziness,double vision etc. After 10th sept : symptoms 3.     High light sensitivity. ( opthalmogist checked retina and cornia, says okie everything). I feel stressed due to high light. 4.     Heaviness in left head. 5.     Heaviness in both eyes while moving eyes.( eye socket & eye lid pain, unpleasant) 6.     Left Ear Pain-sometimes. ( ENT specialist says only due to ac and cold , others are okie) 7.     Left eye lid twitching. 8.     Eye strain-take time when focus from computer,tv to other things. 9.     Sometime feels like unbalance but not like spinning. Other condition : I am engineer working in Saudi arebia. 1.     I can perform all daily routine without any problem with out confusion and being conscious. But I don’t feel myself as normal. I took many medicines like 1.     Combiflam 2.     Deanxit. 3.     I-bruphen. 4.     Ciprofloxin eye drops & Pyrimon eye drops for a week. Till 31 october, I still suffering. I feel possibilities 1.     Ear Drum / Ear wall problem/vertigo/.(Pressure etc)..i don’t know. If any other possibility. I didn’t felt vomiting,nausea,dizziness,double vision etc. 2.     Silent migrane without vomiting,nausea,dizziness etc. 3.     Anxiety / fear. 4.     Eye strain due to computer, high light sensitivity. 5.     Living in 4 walls makes me boring,confused,depressed. 6.     Eyelid twitching , Eye stress due to lack of sleep. Finally I am confused, makes others also confused.
