What Do The Below Pathophysiology Values Indicate?

Hai, I am not asking a health problem. I an ICU nurse. AND i would like to know the pathophysiology of low SVR,moderately high CO and CI,and high PAP with reasonably good CVP PLEASE. Patient’s CO values, POST OP: CABG CO 7.78 L/min CI 4.05 L/min/m2 SVR 678 Dyness/sec/m2-5 PAP 48/17(28) mmHg PAWP 17mmHg CVP 13mmHg

Hi I did review your concern.
Low SVR and high CO with high PAP and good CVP is classically due to high output normal conditions in which person is exercising or there is sympathetic overactivity. It may be seen in very early sepsis or high output failure.
