What Do The Blood And Urine Analysis Indicate?

My 15 year old son has the following portions highlighted in blood and urine analysis: In Blood analysis:Platelet count = 1.0 lakh/cumm; In Urine analysis: Albumin = 1+; RBC=10-12/hpf; Casts=Granular casts present: Could you please let me know what is the problem and possible line of treatment?

Hello, Thnx to contact us. If I am your treating doctor I would like to advice you that it is not possible to directly give you diagnosis on the basis of the abnormal lab result. I like to tell you more about history like sign, symptoms etc so that we can established the diagnosis and suggest you treatment. But all your report suggest is that your son has low platelets also has protein in the urine and red blood cells in the urine plus granular cast. I suspect it may be some infection like dengue or something like that. granular cast in urine usually present in some fever or like that in condition.
