What Do The Following ECG Reports Indicate?

Sir , I am adding my ECG reports for getting yours valuable Guiding .. Last i had done my ecg from indonesia and it reported 1 degree av block. for reconfirmation i did my egg today and the report says undefined abnormal ecg. May i know if i require medication or consultation?

1st degree heart block may be incidently found in many normal asymptomatic individuals in which case no treatment is warranted except reassurance. If it upsets your heartbeat or you feel any symptoms like heart sinking, syncope, palpitations or collapse then further workup is required.
