What Do The Following MRI Reports Indicate?

I have had MRIs taken on the balls of both my feet on Oct. 5th this year.. Diagnosis is bursitis on both feet and Mortons neuroma on right foot... I then had cortizone injections on both feet...apparently they did not fix the problem because I am still having foot pain especially when I have been walking or doing normal things around the house...usually after 30 minutes... I have another appointment with a podiatrist this Thurs. What is the next step? Thanks

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As per your history is concerned you have already tried conservative methods and if result is not improving go for surgical treatments for morton neuroma and at the same time bursitis will be repaired. Both are minor surgical procedures so nothing to be worried for it.

I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me.

Wishing you all the best.

Thanks,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
