Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have MRI diagnosed multi lumbar spondylopathy including likely compression of the right L4-S1 nerve roots and the left S1 nerve root. Is it possible to treat this nonsurgically? I also have osteoarthritis in my right hip and bone spurs in both hips. Can physical therapy alone control my pain which is pretty bad without use of Tramadol 1 pill twice a day?
Hi, Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. As per your report indicate please go in favor of surgical procedure as it cant be managed by conservative methods. I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me. Wishing you all the best. Kindly rate the answer if you are convinced.
