General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
The TMT test does not reveal the problem of cardiac ischemia &angina as such... It seems due to long-standing blood pressure the muscle power of the heart is affected to cause mild diastolic dysfunction. You should consult a cardiologist for a further specific medication. Follow heart friendly life style to help the medication.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale,
