Hi Dr. Andrew I am rakesh from India I just got my blood , urine and SGPT and Lipid profile done The Fasting Blood Sugar is 120 and SGPT is 70 Creatinine: 0.90 Other parameters are ok. like cholesterol: 153 Triglycerides: 93 HDL cholesterol: 31 VLDL:18.6 Cholesterol/HDL: 4.935 LDL 103.4 Total Lipids: 399 URINE Pus Cells: 2-3 Epithelial Cells:1-2 Rest all are either absent or nil

you are at upper limit of fasting blood glucose . Try regular exercise , limit calorie intake , reduce the amout of simple carbohydrate in diet
