Hello,
I had gone through your lab reports thoroughly and if you can upload the reports, then it will be very helpful to me, because you have not mentioned the values. I also want to know your height and weight, whether you are on any long term medications for any chronic illness or not.

Coming to your reports, your lipid profile shows high results of cholesterol, triglycerides and LDL, which is of some concern. If i were your treating physician, then i would have started statin group of drug and reevaluate after 3 months. As this is a prescription drug, you can consult a local doctor and confirm the diagnosis. I would have also suggested you to lose your weight by life style modifications like regular walking, healthy diet, avoid oily food, sound sleep and meditations to remain stress free.

For your thyroid profile reports, because they are on higher side and abnormal, i would suggest you to go to physician and start thyroid medicines to control the thyroid hormone levels. Low anion gap can be due to low levels of albumin and for that i would suggest you to check your albumin, sodium, potassium and chloride levels.

Hope this will be helpful to you and you can come back to me anytime with any of your further queries or reports, i will be happy to guide you further.

I find this answer helpful
