What do the following symptoms indicate? Dizziness when standing, Dry cough,,shortness of breath when walking, weakness in legs (feel like they won t hold me up), clammy skin (sometimes heavy perspiration). None of these symptoms when sitting or lying down)

hi, postural hypotension often causes dizziness on standing. other symptoms may suggest hypertension or cardiac disease; hence better visit a physician once.
