What Do The Following Test Reports Indicate?

Offensive odour in stool and offensive odour while farting in my one month baby born... stool analysis : Colour yellowish Oudour offensive Réaction Alkaline Consistency loose Blood nil Mucus nil Microscopic Examination Vegetable cells nil Undigested fibers nil Fat cells nil Pus cells 1-3/hpf R.B.Cs 0-2/hpf Parasites., ova nil Protozoa nil

I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the report you have mentioned.
This stool report is normal except consistency.
Stool consistency is loose. No need to worry for parasite infection or blood in stool.
Possibility of viral infection related diarrhoea is more.
So drink plenty of fluids orally. Also take zinc tablet and oral rehydration solution (ORS).
Probiotic tablets are also helpful. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid junk food.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these in 2-3 days.
