What Do The Following Test Reports Indicate?

hi i am 44year old man The sonography report of US ABDOMEN @ PELVIS SHows Liver echogenicity is increased suggestive of fatty change in liver The biliary radicles are not dilated No focal lesion in liver The portal vein and the CBD are normal in size IN BLOOD REPORT SGPT IS 53.40 and cholesterol is 275 Triglycerides 210 KINDLY ADVISE

There ultrasound suggest fatty liver along with correlation of the liver function test which tells that your all # mentioned parameters are raised.
There's a long list of reasons why cholesterol increased in body like Familial, excessive fatty diet, alcohol consumption, etc, etc.
All there findings tell that your cholesterol levels are increased and you need to visit a cardiologist for the same.
