Welcome to health care magic.

1.Placental location in the uterine wall is mentioned which is normal.
2.Right ovary not seen - some times it is possible not to see the ovary with the presence of foetus which can obscure or compressed - on a repeat scan after ew days might be normal.
3.left ovary shows a complex cyst measuring 20*18*16mm - presence of corpus luteal cyst can be normal.
4.But complex cyst needs a through followup. there are possibilities of complication for this cause - so take good care and followup scans.
5.Rest all appears normal - get a followup scans. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
