What Do The Following Test Results Indicate?

I was tested for lungs and and was told my results showed my lungs are good I do not loose oxygen when walking with the peg on my finger however I get out of breath when talking when walking any exertion. I was told by a resperologist that I do not have a lung problem , my problem is the muscles are not working ?? Can you explain this and that s there exercises I can do to make these muscles better working ??

Hello,

The breathing process involves the lungs and the external muscles of the chest. Your lungs are clear, that's great.

But, the muscles of the chest are not well trained and give you this kind of pain.

To me, should see rheumatologist first to rule out any primary congenital problems with muscular-skeletal system. If no such pathology, then, physiotherapy will help train the muscles for proper functioning.
