What Do The Following Ultrasound Report And HSV Report Suggest?

My scan revealed rapidly growing fibroid with the biggest measuring 93mm by 80mm fundal subserous. HSV result also indicate Pus cells are numerous, epithelial cells ++, RBC and T. Vaginalis Nil, Yeast cells +, culture yielded heavy mixed growth of heavy staph spp with candida albicus after 48hrs of incubation at 37 degrees. Urine tests reveals pus cells 4-5 hpf, epithelial cells +, yeast cells +, staph spf present

Hi,

You may be suffering from subserous fibroid. Around 9×8 cm size. Usually subserous fibroid may grow big and compress the surrounding structures. May bleed into peritonium lead to peritonitis.

You may also having cervicitis with urinary tract infection with yeast and bacteria. So need to consult your gynecologist she will examine and treat you with suitable antibiotics.
