General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It indicates a renal calculus. Increase your water intake, take urinary alkalisers (cital 2tsf tds in water).

It is a small calculus and can be left as it is if not symptomatic and there is no kidney tubules dilatation due to back pressure.

It can safely be broken by lithotripsy which is an outdoor procedure usually done with or without mild sedation.

Control your co-morbidities like HTN, D mallitus as kidneys are about to bear the brunt.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
